CUSTOM LOGO - ONE-TIME SET-UP FEE (first-time custom orders only)

The One-Time Set-Up Fee includes:

• Review and basic formatting of logo for printing
• If logo is not printable, the job can be refused
• If refused, you can get the logo corrected on your own OR pay our graphic designer a fee to correct it
• A digital proof to be emailed to the email address on file within 5 business days after payment is received

Please email a vector file of your logo to sales@lock-green.com.

Digital proof must be approve by the Retailer BEFORE production starts for custom logo.

The One-Time Set-Up Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
